I have spent the last nine years working deep inside the Six Sigma business process improvement industry. First, with SSA & Company (formerly Six Sigma Academy), and most recently with iSixSigma.
In February 2005, I founded SixSigmaCompanies.com, a blog about the Fortune 500 companies using Six Sigma. In 2010, I organized SocialSixSigma.com, to bring together all the process improvement social media voices. I also created the Six Sigma Arizona LinkedIn group, for Six Sigma practitioners in Phoenix, Tucson and Flagstaff to connect locally.
I am currently in an active role on a fantastic team leading out the deployment of Apollo Excellence (ApEx) at the Apollo Group/University of Phoenix.
I earned a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Brigham Young University, and an MBA from Thunderbird, Global School of Management. I am a trained and certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
When I am not with my family or working on research, I’m out exploring new trails on my mountain bike.
